My Why

I believe in helping the world achieve its greatest potential. That means building tools and systems that reduce friction, amplify people’s strengths, and leave things better than I found them. Good product work isn’t just about features, it’s about clarity, momentum, and making the right decision easy for the people on the ground.

How I Prioritize

I use a mix of gut, data, and context. My default filter is impact:

  • Does it remove pain or unlock value?

  • Can we ship it without guessing?

  • Is it the right thing, or just the next obvious thing?

I’m not afraid to push back, ask “why now,” or reframe scope. Speed matters, but aligned speed matters more.

What Stakeholders Can Expect

I make complex things make sense. Whether I’m working with sales teams, ops, engineers, or execs, my goal is to keep everyone aligned and energized. That means:

  • Clear communication (with real timelines, not just happy ones)

  • Shared goals and KPIs

  • Tools that actually get used

  • Fewer meetings, more traction

You won’t get fluff or hand waving. You’ll get clarity and forward motion.

How I Measure Success

Success is adoption + impact.
If we ship something clever that no one uses, that’s failure in a nice outfit. I track:

  • Usage rates and behavioral signals

  • Business metrics (conversion, revenue, efficiency)

  • Team feedback and qualitative friction

  • Whether we can repeat the win elsewhere

Shipping is just the halfway point. I care just as much about the after picture.
